About the Cafe
We opened our Fortin Café & Gift shop in response to a neighborhood demand, which has now turned in to a popular lunch venue. It is also a great training field for our students, many of whom we actually hire. We have two full-time chefs, one teaches our classes and one runs the café.

Fortin’s Café is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. with a varied menu of hot dishes, sandwiches, salads, soups, desserts and drinks. Our special Fortin’s Friday $5 Barbecue lunch is a perfect way to cap off a good week!
